The location of this hotel is ideal. The staff at the reception were very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the clear instructions on how to access the parking lot, which would have been tricky otherwise. The water fountain at the reception where we could fill up our bottles (with the option of fizzy or ice cold water) was also greatly appreciated. The room was small, but the space was extremely well organized so we didn't feel cramped at all. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Lyon!

The staff at this hotel was excellent. They helped us get around in a new city, called cabs and answered all of our questions. The breakfast was outstanding! They had a wide variety of food items including some local dishes as well as the usual eggs etc. My only down side is that the room was fairly dark and could have used more light. Perhaps brighter bulbs? It was raining, which didn't help. It was very walkable to old town Lyon and the Bellecour area. I would stay here again.

Breakfast had plenty of options and staff was very kind - they can make eggs and coffee to order. Building was renovated and room and bathroom were very nicely decorated and clean. I booked the family room as 3 sisters. We had a bed and a room each. The suites were on the ground floor, off a little internal courtyard. Very spacious comparative to other options I researched. The location was perfect, nice and quiet. Staff lovely and helpful. Breakfast was €19 and options were decent and fresh.

Many dining options close by. We had a wonderful time in Lyon, and Alexandra was a big contributor to this. Thankyou.
